It’s incredibly reassuring to know there is someone you can rely on; someone who is on the other end of the phone if you need them. 

I saw the advert for Carecall in a local paper and thought it could be something that could help me. So when I needed to use it, I was very happy with the prompt response and then the level of care and attention staff gave me.

There were three staff members who attended, one of them was training. The team leader was superb and the all of the team treated me with dignity and reassured me. The team were very polite and understanding which gave me the reassurance I wanted. I told them how they could help me and they were incredibly patient with me.
